Dr Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, president of the university, participated in the symposium “The Role of Political Development in Sustainable development- Political Participation of Port Said 2030- Past, Present, and Future”. The symposium held by the community services and environmental affairs sector under the presidential of Dr Prof. Maha Abdul Rahman and the supervision of Dr Prof. Ahmad Abdul Rahman, in acting dean of the faculty of commerce, and rapporteur Dr Prof. Weam Othman, vice-dean for community services and environmental affairs at the faculty of commerce. On this occasion, Dr Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, president of the university, gave a word welcoming the guests and Sir Major General Wael Rabea, counselor at the Center for Strategic Studies at Nasser Military Academy and a fellow of the Higher College for War. The symposium was attended by a number of public figures at Port Said community and a number of the university staff.
